One Way Travel Document (Processing time: Same Day)

• Two copies of the completed and printed application form.
  (Please Download) To Save the Form "Right Click" on the downloaded Form and click on "Save As". Save the Form on your computer then fill the Form. To Print, please select Option "NONE" on "Page Scaling" or "ACTUAL SIZE", then Print the completed Form.
• Photocopy of passport
• Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate
• Total 2 pp size photographs (border-less, white background, colour, size 35mm x 45mm)
• Travel itinerary
• Fees: (£35)
• The validity of Travel Document will remain 45 days. Thus, you will need to travel within 45 days of issuance of Travel Document.
• If you are applying by post please remember to enclose self addressed return envelope.

The fee can be paid by card payment (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Card Debit/Credit, All Maestro cards are acceptable) for application made in person or by postal order (*Please note that personal cheques are not accepted) for application made via post.
